Engineering was founded in 1992 to fill a need for
contract services by engineering experts who could
conduct classified work for aerospace companies
and the government. We provide high quality contract
personnel to companies and government agencies to conduct
engineering and high technology work, offering our
customers immediate, knowledgeable engineers and
scientists to fulfill their staffing needs and satisfy
their HUBZone, SDB and 8(a) goals. |

D. GRAVES, Ph.D. |

| Dr.
Graves is the founder and a principal of Westwind
Engineering, Inc. He founded his company in 1992
after a long and distinguished career at TRW, now
Northrop-Grumman. Dr. Graves worked for TRW for
34 years. At his retirement he was manager of Advanced
Systems for the development of scientific and application
space missions, and during his career he was Project
Manager for a number of space development programs
and Principle Investigator on several scientific
satellite programs. |

| Prior
to joining TRW, Dr. Graves worked at the University
of Michigan's Willow Run Laboratories on radar and
missile defense systems. Dr. Graves received his
Bachelor's degree in Physics and his Ph.D.
in physics from the University of Michigan.
He completed his research and Doctoral Thesis under
Nobel Laureate Professor Donald Glaser. Dr. Graves
is a contributor to two books and the author of
numerous scientific papers. |
